費爾蒙特芝加哥酒店 - 千禧公園 (Fairmont Chicago - Millennium Park)

酒店位置好，在密西根大道，川普大樓附近。酒店設施大氣，服務優質，早餐選擇豐富，服務員周到熱情。周邊環境安全，附近有幾家超市，非常便利，值得推薦。

早餐餐廳超級好食，服務到位，唯設施稍遜

雖然是老酒店，但保養的好，因為是淡季信價比高，周圍吃飯、逛博物館都很方便，推薦在旁邊瑞吉酒店的日料餐廳，出品很贊，酒店自己的餐廳也不錯，我們在那吃了個Lunch

前台亂收費，收費項目太多，一輛車被收兩輛車的88美元X4天，太離譜啦

十分好，十分推薦，尤其是位置優越，近公園可散步和跑步，參加芝加哥馬拉松最近起步和終點的酒店，也十分多外國人租住。

酒店位置很好，千禧公園邊上，朝向公園的房間視野挺開闊的。樓下有超市也有餐廳，還算方便。房間中規中矩，面積挺大，但設施比較舊。 但酒店沒有泳池衹有健身房，也沒有早餐餐廳，這兩點要扣分，也讓我有點出乎意料，以為豪華酒店這兩項應該是標配。 訂的是帶早飯的房間，因為沒有餐廳，衹能通過送餐到房間的方式用餐。但酒店早餐規則很不合理，雖然有每天31刀/人的早餐限額（對應菜單上30-31刀的早餐套餐）。但這個限額不包含送餐費，服務費，稅費。等於還要自掏腰包30刀才能吃頓正常早飯。 退房的時候和酒店反應了政策不合理後，酒店方答應會在賬單裡免除這部分費用，但到機場後收到的賬單顯示被收了全額的早餐費（連套餐本身的價格都收了）每天將近100刀。最後通過訂房網站和代理的持續溝通才將這部分費用退回。結果是好的，但過程很曲折。

Be careful, there is a hidden charge "A $25 daily urban experience fee will be charged to each room" at this hotel Fairmont Chicago - Millennium Park. The breakfast charge is very tricky if you have prepaid. 1st you have to argue that you have prepaid for the breakfast for each person in the room. 2nd you need to ask and confirm with the front desk how much the credit is for the breakfast you have paid (my case $38 for each person daily, covers taxes and tips). It is not buffet breakfast, you need to pay extra when you check out if you have ordered more than your credit for the breakfast. When I asked that if I missed one breakfast, can I use the extra credit for the next day. The answers were different from different staff members. A very expensive hotel focusing on big conferences, there are no microwave oven, empty refrigerator (you can request) in the room and swimming pool. Do not lift up the drinks and snacks in the box on the table (there are sensors underneath) unless you don't mind to be charged. The existing refrigerator is full of drinks. I was afraid to touch it, even the concierge didn't know how to open the refrigerator lock. But the coffee and tea are free. There is a person (not housekeeper) comes to the room to check and refill all the drinks and snacks including the free ones. We booked our room many weeks earlier, after we checked in I realized that the room prices dropped comparing our original prices, maybe not enough conference people attending. 酒店位置非常棒，對面就是千禧公園，到密歇根大街也是步行可達，離地鐵站也不遠，因為有會員卡，感謝前台帥哥幫我升級到景觀房間。
